I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The staff was very polite and always ready to help. The location was perfect, with many restaurants and cafes nearby. It was very clean and the facilities were great, especially the rooftop terrace. I also appreciated the free washer and dryer service.

the location was great, close to restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket. the fully functioning kitchen and washer and dryer facilities were a plus. We enjoyed the hot water and clean bathrooms. the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the older staff member who prepared a delicious breakfast and the service manager who resolved our aircon issue promptly.

The younger staff member who didn't bring us to our room upon arrival was not very helpful.

During my Easter weekend stay, I enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's location, with its easy access to restaurants and the city's attractions. the apartment was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, making it feel like a home away from home. I also appreciated the hot water in the bathroom and the friendly service provided by the staff.

The apartment had a musty smell that made it feel old, and the air conditioning units were dirty and dusty. the younger staff member who checked us in was lazy, with poor service and communication skills, leaving us to figure out everything on our own.

The apartment was a bit smaller than I expected, and the air conditioning units were quite dirty and dusty. The smell of the building was musty and old, which was not pleasant. Some of the staff members were not as helpful as I would have liked, and on a couple of occasions, I had to figure things out for myself. Additionally, the airport pick-up service was overpriced and not worth it.
